INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITORS COURSE – ISM/ISPS/MLC

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, prepare, conduct and report on combined ISM, ISPS and MLC audits and verifications. This process is based on the requirements of ISO 19011 Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems and will be carried out step by step through the use of interactive group exercises. Specific focus of the course is the application of the various audit methodologies.

Participants will also improve their communication skills through role plays, especially for performing interviews, and thus strengthen their overall performance as an auditor.

This course will provide shipping and offshore company employees with the knowledge and tools necessary for performing internal audits. Participants will receive a sound understanding of auditing techniques, methodologies and the audit process.
